Printer Problems
I have been using the same HP Envy 6075 printer and my computer HP Pavilion for about 4 months with no problems. All of a sudden I cannot print wireless or wired.
Here are the steps I take to resolve printer issues:
- Win+I to open Settings
- Click Devices > Printers & scanners
- Locate your printer
- Click on it > Remove device
- Turn off computer
- Plug Printer in with USB
- Turn the computer back on
